Serious Question

Wed Jan 2, 2008, 4:39 AM
Is it bad that I've been tempted (But haven't actually) added naruto deathnote or any other random anime to the keywords of some of my poetry on the basis that it would probably quadruple my pageviews in the span of two or three days? I mean, I know nothing I write really has any relevance to those things, and it would be compromising my art's integrity, but seriously, It would be an almost instant turn-around considering that half of this site is fan-art...Not like that's a bad thing though >.>

hehe...so true. does the word 'originality' mean anything to any of these people? i mean, seriously, draw your own friggin ideas, don't just copy other people's work. grrr...hate fan-art. except when it's a cross-over. 'cos that can be hilarious. lol.

As I mentioned, I don't think there's anything really wrong as long as that's not the only thing the person does and it's either really well drawn, or immensely humorous, which I have found...or if there's copious amounts of cleavage, because let's be honest, there's never too much cleavage
:iconarnorath:
yeah, i agree with you there. especially on the cleavage. you'd make a great geologist, you know that? we spend hours studying cleavage, often in great detail. with our hands.

I'm not sure what that has to do with geologoy but I'm down with Studying Cleavage in great detail, with my hands
:iconarnorath:
cleavage is a geologiocal term for the way in which some minerals split apart. there are many different varieties, named according to the number of directions they occur in. for example, calcite cleaves into near-perfect cubes, so it is said to have three-dimensional or 'cuboid' cleavage.

Err... given the amount of people who use "poetry" as a keyword on completely non-literary pieces, I don't see any problem in doing so. ;p

Although part of me says "Don't reccomend it." It would be like click flipping -- sure you'd get traffic but most of it little (if any) would be any good for comments and the like.
:iconrainsong-gryphon:
(And damn did that come out wrong. We need a bloody edit button on the comments. Just keep in mind it's not all about the pageviews. ;p )
