Psuedo Hiatus

Yeah, I haven't been very pleased with the quality of my work for a decent period of time now so I think I'm gonna take a break, if I find myself inspired, I might write a little more, but I think it is best if I just loosen up and let my creative juices shimmer until I can find myself in a place with enough emotional/psychological conflict that I can write some stuff that I feel more up to the standard I would like to be, I'll still be around but expect possible weeks at a time before my next submission.

Welcome to art block. For most of us art types, regardless of discipline its the common cold of the creative sphere.

Give it some time, or maybe try for a poem on occasion. If you think it resembles poo, burn it. If you can at least stand it, post it in your scraps. Its how you get better, particular when it comes to fending off artblock in the future. (plus I think it also helps for once you actually get inspired again)

I know EXACTLY what you mean! I haven't written any poetry that I liked at all in the past, oh, two months or so. I liked a couple short stories I've done, but other than that... bleh! Anyway, whenever you do write more, I look forward to reading it!
