Alright, I just noticed that my college here has submissions due for a literary journal, so I was hoping that for all of those reading this, you could pick out your favorite poems that I've written and I'll just send a copy of all of those in, I figured that i should only represent my very best instead of my entire library, even if they say that i don't have an upward submissions limit, they might get irked if I send in ninety poems >.>. So, please, it's due by firday at five o'clock and I could REALLY use the feedback, thanks in advance, later.
Well, even after being on a hiatus it appears as though I've gotten past the 700 pageview mark (here's hoping for a thousand). And I do believe that I'm at the crux of getting some more material up, in fact I'm toying around with ideas for about five new poems at the moment, so we'll see how that all turns out. Thanks for the pageviews and what not.
P.S. Oh yeah, and my brithday's a week from friday, and yes that's leap day, strange huh?
Yeah, I haven't been very pleased with the quality of my work for a decent period of time now so I think I'm gonna take a break, if I find myself inspired, I might write a little more, but I think it is best if I just loosen up and let my creative juices shimmer until I can find myself in a place with enough emotional/psychological conflict that I can write some stuff that I feel more up to the standard I would like to be, I'll still be around but expect possible weeks at a time before my next submission.
Is it bad that I've been tempted (But haven't actually) added naruto deathnote or any other random anime to the keywords of some of my poetry on the basis that it would probably quadruple my pageviews in the span of two or three days? I mean, I know nothing I write really has any relevance to those things, and it would be compromising my art's integrity, but seriously, It would be an almost instant turn-around considering that half of this site is fan-art...Not like that's a bad thing though >.>
